Choose Premier if you need Outlook Sync through the Zimbra Outlook Connector and Apple OS-X Sync Services

Plus is identical to premier in every respect with the exception of local desktop sync.

Business Email Plus provides the Zimbra web client experience and a local calendar, but cannot share objects.

FAQ

Q: Do I need the Premier mobile service to receive email on my blackberry?

A: No. You can use the basic plus package for this. The premier service goes above and beyond basic email by offering push email & calendar synchronization support for a variety of devices. For all other mobile clients we offer the java mobile client that allows you to view all your mail and appointments.

Q: We all use different computers, so of our staff use Outlook and some use Macs but don't like Entourage. How can you help?

A: We don't limit you to a platform. For mac windows we provide full service OS-X sync services support, so your users can use iCal, Apple Mail and the OS-X address book and even entourage. For Windows we support Outlook with our ZCS Outlook Connector. You can also use any other client of choice for email. Zimbra also supports CalDav compliant applications, like Mozilla Sunbird.
